Comment on Development Applications
Public notice is required for certain types of development applications to ensure community members have an opportunity to provide input. Official communication can be provided by submitting a written response (mail or email) or by testifying at hearings.
To submit comments on an application, you may:
- Complete the comment form at the bottom of this page
- Email comments to lutdev@washingtoncountyor.gov
- Mail written comments to: Washington County Land Use & Transportation, 155 N. First Ave., Suite 350, Hillsboro, OR 97124
Please note:
- Written comments can only be accepted when the sender's full name and mailing address are included.
- The comment period for Type II actions is limited to 14 days from the date the public notice is mailed.
- The comment period for Type III actions begins on the date the public notice is mailed through the public hearing.
